Terrifying dashcam video shows a suspect pursuing a car in reverse. Police say 29-year-old Arman Hastings intentionally swerved into oncoming traffic and later tracked a couple for more than a mile as they tried to escape. NBC News’ Morgan Chesky has the videos and frantic calls from the victims.
