Parts of Texas were hit by severe storms, including strong winds, intense hail and flash flooding. The weather forced temporary ground stops at airports in Dallas and Houston. More than two dozen people were killed in severe weather in numerous states over the Memorial Day weekend. There have been 1,016 tornado reports since the beginning of the year, making it the second most active tornado season. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa reports.
