Axie Infinity developer Sky Mavis announced today that it’s partnering with Japanese games company GMonsters to launch new Fight League games on the Ronin blockchain network. The two companies are supported in this endeavor by Japanese publishing company Mixi, which will provide planning and production during the development of the new games.
GMonsters plans to launch three Fight League games on Ronin, with arcade survival title Fight League Survivor being the first. Survivor will have weekly challenges with prizes for winners, and its closed beta test launches in the next few weeks.

MIXI’s established presence in Japan and GMonsters’ demonstrated expertise in IP and interactive entertainment, as seen in their successful titles like Pokémon Medallion and collaborations with major industry players, plays a pivotal role in Ronin’s long-term strategy. This partnership strengthens Ronin’s global appeal by blending anime-style gaming experiences with immersive web3 gaming elements, catering to our diverse community.”
