Newly-released body camera footage shows the moments NYPD officers shot a man inside the NYC subway after they say he jumped a turnstile without paying and lunged at them with a knife. The man was wounded and bystanders were also hit. The incident has sparked new conversations about putting innocent bystanders at risk during police confrontations. NBC News’ George Solis reports.
