Good morning, all. My name is Emma Pringle. I am the Head of Stakeholder Engagement and Sustainability and will be moderating today’s Annual General Meeting. Before we commence today’s proceedings, I’d like to start by acknowledging the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the traditional custodians of this land and pay my respects to elders, both past and present.
I will start with some housekeeping matters. This AGM is an in-person event being live streamed for those who could not make it today. If there are any questions from shareholders or proxy holders, we will be happy to address them. Shareholders viewing today’s AGM on the live stream were given the opportunity to submit questions ahead of the AGM. We will address questions received prior to the meeting following the first item of business, and there will be an opportunity to ask further questions from the floor during the meeting once we reach the relevant resolution.
I will now provide an overview of how to ask questions and how to vote. To ask a question, please raise your orange or blue card, and we will call upon you to ask your question. Once called upon, a representative will come over to you with a microphone. Please do not ask your question until you have received the microphone. We’ll seek to allow as many shareholders to ask questions as possible. Please also state your name and where appropriate, state who you are representing before asking your question.
