The Dow closed at a record high on Wednesday ahead of GDP and jobs data due later this week. According to some Federal Reserve officials, weak economic data may justify keeping monetary stimulus policies in place. The S&P 500 closed higher along with the Dow, while the NASDAQ closed lower.
