Stephanie Link discusses her three areas to watch into 2014. She sees more room to grow in the auto sector as it has already made a nice comeback in production cycles and new product inventories. Ford, Magna International, and BorgWarner are names to watch in the space. Aerospace demand continues to grow at 4.5% per year as evidenced by Boeing and Airbus’ 7-year backlog of orders. Precision Cast Parts is another important company to watch in aerospace. Orders of big trucks are starting to pick up at 300,000 annualized rate, which is better than expected. Eaton and Cummins are good truck plays, and Cummins is a new addition to the Action Alerts Plus portfolio.
