A 27-year-old Florida man is facing charges of kidnapping and using a minor as a human shield after a stand-off with deputies in a McDonald’s drive-thru. Brandon Leohner allegedly kidnapped the infant, but the child was rescued unharmed after Leohner was tased and arrested by police.
