In Monday’s Analysts’ Actions, Wall Street firms give their take on Cigna (CI), Qualcomm (QCOM) and GrubHub (GRUB). Analysts at Sterne Agee think Cigna is looking healthier following its announced merger deal with peer insurance company Anthem (ANTM). The firm upgraded the insurer to BUY from NEUTRAL with a $190 price target. Analysts at Morgan Stanley believe the market has become too pessimistic on shares of Qualcomm. The firm issued a higher rating on the chip maker to OVERWEIGHT from EQUAL WEIGHT with a $75 price target on a valuation call. And analysts at Cowen downgraded GrubHub to a MARKET PERFORM from an OUTPERFORM rating with a price target of $30. The firm sees noted ‘surprising’ competition in the online menu service space.
