TheStreet’s Jim Cramer is watching the Fed as policy makers begin their 2-day meeting Tuesday. Cramer notes that Goldman Sachs says there could be two interest rate hikes this year. Cramer says if the Fed says anything like that with this Greece situation, we could be down a very big amount. He says there’s limited upside only because we’ll still have Greece hanging over us over Father’s Day weekend. There usually is a relief rally after a Fed meeting but this time around we have to accept the fact that we’re going to be fighting the Fed starting with this meeting, he says. Let’s not get too bullish and let’s let it play out, says Cramer, adding that ‘you don’t have to get excited between now and when we resolve Greece. That has to happen before we can get excited about the market.’
