Zoe’s Kitchen, a fast casual Mediterranean restaurant chain priced its shares at $15, but quickly traded over $25. The chain is just starting to enter the northeast market, but CEO Kevin Miles does not believe brand awareness will be a problem. He thinks the healthy menu will win over new fans. CFO Jason Morgan said the company with turn a profit in 2015. Zoe’s Kitchen is on track to double the number of restaurants in four years with an aggressive growth plan.
