The U.S. House of Representatives passed a $95 billion package that includes a bill providing $60.8 billion of aid to Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the package “will be felt by our soldiers on the frontlines, our cities and villages that suffer from Russian terror.”
