A miraculous rescue was caught on camera after a woman was trapped inside a partially collapsed building for 24 hours in Davenport, Iowa. City officials said crews had combed the site and they found no survivors at the time. Now, the city believes two more people may still be trapped. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa has the latest.
