A Wisconsin school district banned a Miley Cyrus and Dolly Parton song called “Rainbowland,” which is about hope and positivity, from a first-grade concert. NBC’s Emilie Ikeda spoke to the teacher who tried to get the song cleared by her principal when the district claimed it violated a policy over “controversial issues.”
