November is likely to be a slow month for IPOs, amid uncertainty surrounding the U.S. presidential election, according to Nelson Griggs, executive vice president of global listings at Nasdaq. “I think it’s more a time out for the market,” he said. “No one wants to be on a road show during an election time.”
