Robert K. Hur, special counsel appointed to investigate Biden’s classified documents, is a Republican appointee who served as the U.S. attorney in Maryland in the Trump administration. Hur is well known in the justice department having worked as a career prosecutor, working on cases from gang violence, counterterrorism to corporate fraud. NBC’s Ken Dilanian reports.
