For Thursday October 29, TheStreet is focused on several earnings on tap. We start off the day with Altria Group (MO), Mastercard (MA), Time Warner Cable (TWC), Sony (SNE), Nokia (NOK), and MGM Resorts International (MGM). Then, after the closing bell, we get latest financial reports from Starbucks (SBUX), Baidu (BIDU), and LinkedIn (LNKD). When Starbucks reports its fourth quarter fiscal 2015 earnings results, analysts are calling for $0.43 a share on revenue of nearly $5 billion. Both the company’s top and bottom line are projected to grow year-over-year. There are also a few reports to note on the economic calendar. We get GDP numbers at 8:30 a.m. Eastern, along with jobless claims. Then at 9:10 a.m., Atlanta Fed President Dennis Lockhart is set to speak in Washington. Finally, the pending home sales index will be released at 10 a.m. TheStreet’s U-Jin Lee reports on Wall Street.
