For the week of October 19, TheStreet focuses on dozens of companies that are slated to report their latest quarterly data, including: International Business Machines (IBM), Morgan Stanley (MS), Six Flags Entertainment (SIX), Verizon Communications (VZ), United Technologies (UTX), Lockheed Martin (LMT), Yahoo! (YHOO), VMware (VMW), Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG), Coca-Cola (KO), Boeing Company (BA), American Express (AXP), Kinder Morgan (KMI), EMC (EMC), General Motors (GM), Credit Suisse (CS), Las Vegas Sands (LVS), eBay (EBAY), 3M (MMM), Alphabet (GOOGL), Microsoft (MSFT), Amazon.com (AMZN), AT&T (T), McDonald’s (MCD), El Lilly & Co. (LLY), Union Pacific (UNP), Dow Chemical (DOW), Procter & Gamble (PG), and American Airlines (AAL). Additionally, there are several things to note on the economic calendar. Starting out the week, we get the housing market index, followed by housing starts on Tuesday. The MBA mortgage applications will come out mid-week, then Thursday, we get the jobless claims and existing home sales. Last but not least, we get the PMI manufacturing index flash on Friday.
