Wendy’s worker accepted to Yale on full scholarship

Thalles DeSouza, whose family left dangerous conditions in Brazil when he was just 13 years old, worked at Wendy’s through high school. His bosses there created a scholarship fund for him, helping him go to a local community college before he achieved his dream of being accepted to Yale University.
