Wells Fargo Advisors Chief Equity Strategist Stuart Freeman says with about 25% of the S&P 500 companies reporting results so far, 66% of companies have reported earnings that beat expectations. Freeman says overall, it’s shaping up to be a good season. In terms of sectors, Freeman says technology and industrials are strong but industrials and consumer discretionary stocks are showing a little less strength. Despite the reports that investors will have to digest next week, most on Wall Street will shift their focus to trading patterns in Asia and Europe.
