Nine correctional officials, including the warden of the Waupun Correctional Institution in Dodge County, Wisconsin, have been arrested on charges in connection with the deaths of two inmates the sheriff said showed a “blatant disregard for the safety of human beings.” WMTV’s Shaina Nijhawan reports.
