Intel INTC has become a strategic partner with German Air Taxi company Volocopter, which has created the first fully electric, vertical take-off and and landing aircraft, designed for passenger transport.
The German company focuses on the development of vertically launching, fully electrical multicopters for the transport of people as autonomous air taxis.
And during the Intel keynote at the Consumer Electronics Show at the Park Theater in Las Vegas, they announced that Intel CEO Brian Krzanich was its very first passenger.
