In North Charleston, South Carolina, authorities say a brawl led to an officer being tackled and pummeled repeatedly during a July Fourth gathering. People say the 400-person crowd grew out of control. In Raleigh, North Carolina, officials say thousands of teens began fighting early Sunday morning. NBC News’ George Solis reports.
