Body cam footage released by Mesa County Sheriff’s Office shows Caroline Dias Goncalves pulled over for a traffic stop near Loma, Colo. She was released with a warning for driving to close to a semi-truck. Shortly after, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents stopped Goncalves, arrested her and took her to an immigration detention center. KCCO’s Robbie Patla reports.
