TheStreet’s Jim Cramer is keeping an eye on Vail Resorts (MTN) Monday when the company reports its fiscal fourth quarter earnings. Analysts polled by Reuters are expecting the company to report a loss of $1.87 a share on revenue of $149.87 million for the quarter. Cramer says it’s important to watch Vail because ‘right now one of the things that has really hurt the stock market is the strong dollar and a strong dollar is about reduced tourism, a strong dollar is about fewer people coming here and yet there’s a lot of people who are saying Vail Resorts is going to be good.’ Cramer says, ‘if they’re good, take a look at Marriott (MAR), take a look at Starwood (HOT) which Action Alerts owns, these stocks have been in a bear market and maybe they can break out of it including Wyndham (WYN) if Vail reports a good number.’ Shares of MTN are up more than 18 percent year-to-date.
