The closer Americans get to their golden years, the more they say retirement is out of reach. A recent survey found that 28% of 50- to 64-year-olds think it’s possible to save enough for a secure retirement. That’s because of the rising cost of living and longevity. A healthy 65 year old can expect to live thirty years or more. So, if you’re among the baby boomers scrambling to piece together a retirement, look no further than selling your home.
