Damian Williams, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, delivered remarks after Sam Bankman-Fried was found guilty on all seven counts. Williams said Bankman-Fried “perpetrated one of the biggest financial frauds in American history,” and that “this kind of corruption is as old as time.”
