Jacob Runyan and Chase Cominksy were indicted on charges after allegedly cheating in a fishing tournament near Cleveland. A video posted to TikTok shows fish that was allegedly caught by the two fishermen at the tournament stuffed with weights. WKYC’s Emma Henderson reports.
