Trump touts deal with Iran to end war sending oil prices plummeting

President Trump touted a deal with the Iranian regime to end the war. As part of the agreement, Iran agrees to stop attacking commercial oil tankers and re-open the Strait of Hormuz. The text of the agreement has not yet been made public. NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports.
