KITCO NEWS — Gold is continuing to hold onto last week’s gains, with prices up on the day. But, Frank Holmes, CEO of U.S. Global Investors, said he will be focusing on Monday night’s presidential debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. “I think it will be fascinating to watch because you have 1.7 billion on Facebook now – so more than 20% of the world’s population can watch it and have access to it,” he told Kitco News on the sidelines of the Mines & Money event in Toronto. According to Holmes, although both candidates would be great for infrastructure, Trump would likely be the better candidate for markets.
