Former President Trump’s lawyers Monday asked a federal judge to continue blocking the Justice Department from reviewing documents marked as classified that were seized during the FBI’s search of Mar-a-Lago last month. The filing argues that the DOJ had to prove the documents were classified. “There’s so many confusing arguments in that pleading,” said NBC News Legal Analyst Carol Lam.
