TransCanada CEO Russ Girling tells TheStreet’s Joe Deaux in Houston that the Keystone XL pipeline enjoys the support of the majority of Americans. Girling says in the last two years, 16 national surveys have indicated some 65% of the U.S. support it and a majority of Congress has endorsed the pipeline. Girling says Canada is the best place to get oil in the world and this logic isn’t lost on smart people. TransCanada is waiting for the final say from Washington.
