Nvidia and Advanced Micro Devices shares are on fire not just because of Apple.
“Technology is on fire – look at what the tech sector has done,” said Kenny Polcari, director of equities at O’Neil Securities. “Even energy companies – they are partly becoming technology companies.”
Nvidia shares are up over 43% since the start of the year, while AMD shares are up 25%. The broad S&P 500 is up 9.3%.
