Blue Apron is set to make its debut on the New York Stock Exchange in late June.
“There’s a lot of focus on the food industry with Amazon AMZN buying Whole Foods WFM ,” said John Eade, president of Argus Research, adding that Blue Apron shares may plateau in the weeks following the IPO.
