Jim Cramer likes the merger between Enbridge( ) and Spectr( ), saying this is probably the two companies with the best balance sheets in their industry getting together. Cramer thinks its a powerhouse combination. Cramer says it’s a great deal for both companies, and the stocks should go higher.
