Jim Cramer says the timing could be wrong if GE decides to off-load its oil service business and combine it with Baker Hughes . Cramer says, “if GE is really going to offload its oil service business here, if they are selling here just when Chevron is calling a bottom, when Baker Hughes is calling a bottom, when Halliburton is calling a bottom, when Schlumberger says the bottom is here. You don’t sell at the bottom. You don’t buy high and sell low without being criticized.”
