Jim Cramer’s biggest concern going into the month of September is the state of technology, particularly in Europe. ‘I’m very concerned about shortfalls for technology. I think a lot technology is Europe and it’s not clear whether Europe is strong or not.’ Here in the U.S., Cramer believes all the latest economic data points to an interest rate increase from the Fed this fall. Cramer believes there will be some investors who don’t position themselves for an increase and when they sell, it could be a buying opportunity.
