American Express needs a management change to break its nearly never-ending string of disappointments, said TheStreet’s Jim Cramer. American Express is scheduled to release second-quarter financial results after the closing bell on July 20. American Express’ second-quarter results will see the impact of a stronger U.S. dollar, but Cramer really wants to see growth in its small business lending unit. In Cramer’s view, American Express is putting serious pressure on Jack Dorsey’s Square , which he views as a “troubled company”.
