Lululemon’s founder Chip Wilson may have a point when it comes to the athletic apparel-seller’s board of directors, said TheStreet’s Jim Cramer. Wilson criticized the company’s board of directors last week in a conversation with Cramer, who in turn questioned Wilson’s motivation considering the company’s performance has signficantly improved thus far 2016. After doing some digging, Cramer said Lululemon may indeed have a weak link on its board that needs to be replaced or at least deserves some attention.
