Investors should keep their expectations low when Juniper Networks reports second quarter 2016 earnings after the bell on Tuesday because Cisco is a dominant force in the sector, says TheStreet’s Jim Cramer. Cramer said it’s a matter of “game, set and match” to Cisco. Elsewhere in the technology arena, Cramer said he also likes what CEO Meg Whitman is doing at Hewlett Packard Enterprise . On a final note Cramer said Starbucks had a magnificent conference call that should make-up for a subpar quarter.
