After fiery exchanges, passionate arguments and the expected attacks on the media, the third Republican primary debate is in the books. So, who won? Without coming to an official consensus, the editors of TheStreet, who covered the debate live from 14 Wall St. in New York City, seemed to think that Florida Senator Marco Rubio fared the best. By making few mistakes and delivering another polished response, Rubio again showed Republican party leaders and moderates that he could provide the steady leadership and seasoned politicking that may be needed for a presidential run against Hillary Clinton, the likely Democratic candidate. Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush was considered the biggest loser for having failed to break away from the pack. A telling exchange was when Bush attacked Rubio for being an absentee senator and Rubio defended it well, making Bush look mean and petty.
