If coal inventories have indeed bottomed then CSX will move higher, says TheStreet’s Jim Cramer. CSX Corp. reports third quarter earnings after Wednesday’s closing bell. Wall Street analysts are expecting the railroad to report revenue of $2.7 billion in its third quarter. The company’s third quarter revenue last year was $2.94 billion. They are penciling in earnings of $0.45 a share, down from $0.52 a share a year ago. Cramer said that if “coal works then railroad stocks can go higher.”
