Consumer Reports ranked 2024’s least dependable cars based on average trips to the mechanic, common issues, maintenance costs and recalls
Coming in at number 10 is the Jeep Wrangler.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee joins the Wrangler at number nine.
Next up is the Volkswagen Jetta.
Then the Nissan Frontier.
At number six is Jeep Grand Cherokee L.
The all-electric Rivian R1T comes in at number five.
The Volvo XC60 Plug-In Hybrid is next up.
Coming in third on our list is the hybrid version of one of America’s most popular vehicles, the Ford F-150 Hybrid.
The second most unreliable vehicle was the Volkswagen Taos.
And topping off the list as Consumer Report’s least dependable vehicle of 2024 was the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid.
