As the Federal Reserve is set to raise interest rates on Wednesday, TheStreet’s Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said the central bank is in a tough situation, amid lackluster retail sales, peak autos and some tepid housing data.
“[The Fed has] to articulate why we have to get back to normal,” Cramer said.
