Tesla Motors says Governor Christie’s administration is pushing for legislation that will hamper the electric car-maker’s ability to conduct sales in the state. According to a press release by Tesla, the automaker says it’s been working with the Christie administration and the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to come to an agreement about its business model of selling its electric cars through its stores and Web site — instead of through dealerships.
