Target disclosed on Thursday that shoppers who used their credit or debit cards in stores between November 27 and December 15 may have had their personal information hacked. Roughly 40 million customer credit and debit card accounts that may have been compromised. Target says purchases made online or in its Canadian stores were not affected.
