The slowdown in China’s economy is revealing the increasing divergence between high and low growth emerging market economies, says Jason White, International Equity Portfolio Specialist at T. Rowe Price. White says emerging market valuations are currently reasonable, but winners and losers will soon become apparent. He sees better opportunities in Europe where expectations have improved, yet corporate improvements are under-appreciated. Finally, he says Abenomics is slowly taking hold in Japan as inflation is starting to tick up.
