Berlin police shot and killed 21-year-old Abdul Ballout after authorities say he rushed at officers with a stabbing weapon while they tried to arrest him today. Police say the suspect drove a white van into dozens of people as they walked through a park. Many of the victims were attending a large Pride event. NBC News’ Valerie Castro has the latest.
