Russell Maxwell Phay was arrested last week after allegedly breaking into the home of Beanie Babies founder Ty Warner. The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office says a woman sustained severe injuries. The suspect faces an attempted murder charge and is being held without bail. NBC News’ Liz Kreutz reports.
