The S&P and Dow hit new records on Wednesday as the Nasdaq falls ahead of Twitter’s IPO pricing on Thursday. In earnings Qualcomm is trading down on disappointing revenue guidance, while Whole Foods is down on slow same-store sales growth. Twitter is expected to price between $25 and $28 per share to raise $2.3 billion. The microblogging company, whose IPO is managed by Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan, goes public on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday. James Dilworth, portfolio of the S1 Fund, talks alternatives.
